1. Do I have to sign a waiver?
Everyone between the ages of 1-12 must have a waiver signed to jump. Waivers are available online to save you time upon arrival. You may complete your waiver prior to arrival or at the front desk when you arrive. Waivers are kept on file for frequent jumpers for your convenience.
2. Socks?
Socks must be worn at all times. You can wear your own socks or purchase them at the front desk for $2/pair.
3. Are there any rules I should know about?
In order to keep everyone's Bounce experience an enjoyable one and to reduce the chance of injuries, we have rules! These rules are enforced by our staff on the floor; however, children must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 that is supervising the fun. We expect the guardian or parent will help our staff by enforcing the rules with the children they are accompanying. If this is not the case, and the same child or children have been asked repeatedly to stop breaking the rules, this may result in our staff asking the party to leave the facility. We do not ever want to have to do this, so please help us out and monitor the child or children you bring into our facility. Please refer to our rules page for a list of rules while playing at Bounce.
4.Can I bring my own food?
No outside food is permitted inside our facility. We offer a variety of snacks for purchase at the snack bar. You are able to leave and come back as long as upon return we are not at our max capacity. Domino's pizza can also be ordered by the front desk for your convenience.
5. Who can jump?
Only children 12 years old and younger are aloud to bounce at our facility. We have a toddler only soft play zone for younger children ages 0-4 and larger inflatables for older children. For safety reasons we do not allow children or adults over the age of 12 to bounce on the inflatables. Adults may assist children 4 and under on the inflatables, but you may not bounce or play.
6. Safety while jumping?
Please remove all glasses, sunglasses, watches, coins, phones, belts and sharp objects from the body and pockets upon entering if you are jumping. This is to prevent injury and damage to the inflatables.
7. Birthday party celebrations?
You must have a reserved birthday party room to celebrate a birthday party in our facility. We do not allow celebrations in our snack area or any other part of the facility without a reservation. See our birthday party page for more information on birthday party packages.
8. How do you sanitize?
We use SWISHER Hygiene Inc. Swisher’s SWAT germicidal shock treatment is used on all inflatables at Bounce Parties and Games on a routine basis. The treatment eliminates 99.9% of bacteria, fungi and viruses on contact with a safe, non-toxic solution through a micro-misting device. SWAT provides a deep clean while disinfecting and deodorizing our inflatable surfaces. The sanitizing treatment performed by trained technicians at Swisher helps create the cleanest, healthiest environment possible for our customers. We also sanitize on a daily basis.
9. Do you have group or field trip rates?
